Services

We provide Domestic Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments in accordance with the accreditation schemes we are members of.

Bookings & cancellations

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance via this website. Same-day availability may be possible on request. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Access

The property owner or a responsible adult over 18 must provide access. Where the property is vacant, access may be arranged via an agent, landlord, property manager or key safe.

Payment

Payment is due after the EPC has been completed. Accepted methods are cash or bank transfer. Invoices for bank transfer are issued manually.

Liability

Assessments are carried out in good faith based on information visible on the day. We are fully insured for professional indemnity and public liability.
