I can complete assessments at occupied, vacant, rental and estate-agent-managed properties. If the property is vacant and access is arranged via an agent, landlord, property manager or key safe, no attendance is needed on the day.

For safeguarding reasons I cannot carry out an EPC if only people under 18 are present.
